This journey has changed how I understand resilience.
It’s not about pushing through. It’s not about being brave all the time.
It’s about presence. Staying close to ourselves, even when we’re scared.
Resilience, for me, has become the gentle dance of simply not giving up on myself.
Some days, that means silence. Other days, it means crying, breathing, or moving just a little. And in all of it, I’m learning to honour who I am—now. Not before. Not after. But now.
If you’re navigating your own transformation, I want to offer this:
You don’t need to fix anything to be powerful.
You don’t need to rush healing to be worthy.
You are enough in your becoming.
Reflection Invitation:
If you whispered to the part of yourself that’s tired or afraid…
What would she need to hear right now?
