How do I...?
Update Credit Card
1. Click on My Subscriptions tab.
2. Then click on View or Hold Button next to your subscription.
3. Click on the Change Payment Button.
4. Enter your new billing card information and click on Change Payment Method.
Pay Failed Renewal
1. Click on the Orders tab.
2. Click on the Pay Button next to your order.
3. Enter your new billing information and click on Place Order.
Cancel Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
1. Click on the Subscription tab.
2. Click on the View Button next to your subscription.
3. Click on the Cancel Button.
Note: Your subscription will expire after the last paid date and you will no longer be billed.
